SUMMARY
If you delete a currently open file from the command line in the Terminal
sidebar, after closing the dialog that pops up, the mouse cursor stay invisible
over parts of the Kate user interface.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file in Kate.
2. Open the Terminal sidebar. (Enable the Terminal Tool View plugin first if
it's not already enabled.)
3. Move the mouse cursor over the terminal.
4. Start typing. The Konsole component hides the mouse cursor while typing.
5. Delete the currently open file using an 'rm' command.
6. A "Documents Modified on Disk" dialog pops up. Close it with any of the
three buttons.

OBSERVED RESULT
>From this point, the mouse cursor remains invisible over large parts of the
Kate UI, including the menu, the toolbar, and most sidebars (though not the
Terminal itself).

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse cursor becomes visible once you move it.
