SUMMARY
After upgrading to 21.04, the "word backward" motion is not working.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a text file with kate
2. Enable Vi mode
3. press b to go 1 word backward
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
cursor move one word backward
Just to make sure that this isn't config problem, I created new user and it
still happens

Linux/KDE Plasma:
