STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Just open multiple tabs
OBSERVED RESULT
Kate's window gets so big that it can't be fully maximized, part of it is
outside.
In this screenshot you can see that the minimap is completely out of view:

EXPECTED RESULT
Should the tabs move in a sort of carousel when the number is too high? That's
what happens in other editors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In addition to not being able to see part of the window, other interface
elements are also compromised, such as the file browser. It is too small in
size and cannot be expanded.
