SUMMARY
I have a tripple monitor setup and when I have Do Not Disturb enabled for all 3
monitors only my Default Monitor (the middle one) will show the notifications
even with the do not disturb setting enabled.
NOTE: If you are reporting a crash, please try to attach a backtrace with debug

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Do Not Disturb mode for notifications on all monitors
2. "Go On" with using the system
3. Get a message via thunderbird, kdeconnect, etc and a message appears on the
middle main monitor
OBSERVED RESULT
Get messages when disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
Dont get a notification
