SUMMARY
I have Tap-and-drag enabled in Touchpad settings. But tapping and dragging
doesn't work. Tested in Dolphin and KPatience.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable Tap-and-drag in Touchpad settings.
2. Try to tap-and-drag on a folder in Dolphin or card in KPatience.

OBSERVED RESULT
The folder in Dolphin doesn't move. The card in KPatience doesn't move.

EXPECTED RESULT
The folder moves in Dolphin, the card moves in KPatience.
