SUMMARY
This last times it happens very often: kdeconnect on Neon often doesn't see KDE
connect on Android, so Pc and smartphone doesn't communicate via KDEconnect
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start a KDE Neon session
2. start Android
3. they don't see each other
OBSERVED RESULT
they don't see each other, even already paired. And even after deleting
.config/kdeconnect folder
EXPECTED RESULT
they should recognize each other

Linux/KDE Plasma: Neon
