SUMMARY
When KDE Connect is running, it sometimes prevents other applications from
starting to play media with keyboard media keys.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have KDE Connect connected to an Android phone, with no media playing on the
phone
2. Play some video or audio in another application for a while, (I'm playing in
Firefox)
3. Leave in playing for maybe 15-20 minutes (I have another application focused
while doing this)
4. Press play/pause on the keyboard to pause
5. Wait a few seconds
6. Press play/pause again
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
The media starts playing again
