The time line only shows half of the video length when adding one 60fps video
to a 60fps project.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add clip
2. drag it to the time line
3. Playback on the time line is only half length
Actual Results:
Only half length of the video is shown.
Expected Results:
Show the full length of the video.
