When you freeze a video, it cancels the edge crop effect, no matter how you
stack the effects.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert clip
2. Add "Edge crop" effect
3. Crop any edge by a positive amount
4. Add "Freeze" effect
5. Select Freeze after
Actual Results:
The video resets to original (non cropped) when frozen.
Expected Results:
The crops sticks even when frozen
