16.08.2 is extremely slowly in compare to 16.08.1.
[1] Very slow project video playback in project monitor.
[2] After playback in project, clicking on the timeline doesn't do anything.
Very lagy :(

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start any project
2. Do anything in the project
3.
Expected Results:
Normal workflow like in 16.08.1
No other packages were changed in compare to 16.08.1 version.
