hi,
I converted the clip to the same size and in a WEBM format. Proxy clips seems
working fine. Even with the proxy clip activated I see that he doesn't cut
anything.
The problem was with mp4?

Yes try to convert the 3840x2160 clip to 1280x720 and try again.

Sorry for the late, I was in a vacancy.
The project setting is 1280x720 25.
The clip which is experiencing the problem is bigger, 3840x2160 29,98. And it's
an mp4. I may try to reduce it to the same
