built-in preset missing

SUMMARY
I'm not sure if this is a bug or a feature, but creating a new render preset
with the same name as an existing built-in preset succeeds, and replaces the
existing preset in the menu.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ctrl+Enter to open render menu
2. Render Project -> Presets -> Hardware Accelerated
3. Click Create new profile
4. Name it NVENC H265 ABR

OBSERVED RESULT
New preset is created, replacing the built-in NVENC H265 ABR preset in the
menu.

EXPECTED RESULT
"Preset already exists" dialog appears, same as when shadowing the name of a
user-created preset.

I can see how this is a useful feature for power users - I certainly found it
useful as a workaround for https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=476864, but it
is unintuitive.
