Commenting out the unavailable includes in `~/.kdesrc-buildrc` works around the
issue, however then no modules can be built.

I'm using it as unprivileged user which also did the build (except `sudo make
install`) and invoked `kdesrc-build-setup`.

I get the impression that kdesrc-build is trying to refer to a base
configuration file that is normally present within the kdesrc-build source
directory.
If so the fix would likely be to have kdesrc-build-setup to
