Using angle brackets inside of doxygen comments breaks the syntax highlighting.
After the opening <, the highlighting changes and only gets back to "comment
mode" after the closing > of _another_ tag.
Example:
/**
* Lorem <ipsum> dolor <sit> amet.
*/
It's probably related to the old bug #155100 .
