Hello Sven,
I have installed the App.Image and everything works great, it managed to finish
the background parser and it has no longer unexpectedly closed.
Thank you very much for your help, now I can happily use KDevelop

Hi, you can try downloading the AppImage from our website:
https://www.kdevelop.org/download
It is self-contained and runs without installation, and it is the latest
version. It should also work on your Debian system
