If i manually remove the application link from the file, the application still
remain in the KDE Menu Editor...

Yes, i have the file write access (for all users) and it don't change when i
try to delete applications; if i modify something, however, the file changes.

Could you please check if you have write access to
~/.config/menus/applications-kmenuedit.menu
If yes, please check if the file changes if you make modifications with the
applications menu editor.

I can't remove all the added applications from KDE Menu, no matter from where i
installed it: Discover, manual install, Wine, etc..
