SUMMARY
Konqueror is running in the background after quit. There is no chance to start
konqueror again, because the process is still running in the background. A
workaround is to "kill" the process by the application "System Activity".
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konqueror
2. Click in the Titlebar on "close" (x) or press Ctrl+Q
3. Open Konqueror again
EXPECTED RESULT
The process for Konqueror should be terminated.
ACTUAL RESULT
The process for Konqueror is still running in the background.
