SUMMARY
I need to move from webengine to webkit and back again to webengine to have a
page scaled properly to the setting
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable zoom to DPI
2. Close Konqueror
3. Open a website
OBSERVED RESULT
Zoom is not applied
EXPECTED RESULT
Zoom to DPI should be applied
