That's not completely Konqueror's fault. The problem is that web.whatsapp.com
checks which browser you're using by parsing its user agent string and infers,
incorrectly, that you're using a version of Chrome which is too old and asks
you to upgrade.

There's no way for Konqueror to fix this issue, except by changing its user
agent. However, doing so risks to break some other site. The best approach
would be to make the user agent configurable depending on the site, as it was
with the previous web engines (KTHML and KWebKitPart). Unfortunately, the
current web engine, QtWebEngine only allows to change it globally.

I'll think if I can find some kind of solution, however.
