You can disable "open files and links by direct click", to be able to select
the text you want, and press and hold Ctrl and click a link to open with a
single mouse click.
I think this addresses the issue of this report. Feel free to reopen if you
disagree.
Closing as unmaintained as kde4/konsole is no longer maintained.
