A crash occurs when a hidden layer is nudged using the arrow keys. This
happens frequently when trying to accurately position a layer while
hiding/unhiding it to check if it's in the right position.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new image with 2 layers
2. Select the move tool and select layer 2
3. Hide layer 2 and press an arrow key
Actual Results:
Crash.
