On this version the canvas rotation is very laggy. The Panning and zooming are
still smooth.
With OpenGL disable everything is laggy, but with it enable only rotation is
still laggy.
I have Intel graphics and Nvidia GTX 650ti.
On previous versions canvas rotation were smooth too.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a document
2.Rotate the canvas
3.
Actual Results:
Laggy canvas rotation
Expected Results:
Smooth rotation
I tried using only Intel graphics, and only Nvidia, but the result is the same.
