For some reason, the Ink feature in macOS was interfering when running Krita.
Never seen the Ink feature before. Disabled Ink and everything works fine.

That remains strange -- because with the default wacom configuration for my
intuos 3 and the default krita configuration, that works for me. Krita doesn't
do anything special, it doesn't even have any settings oth

Painting with the mouse works. Moving the cursor using the wacom tablet works.
Once I press down the pen the brush freezes but the cursor continuous to move.

I think it's just a bad choice of default settings in Krita not interpreting a
defult configurated wacom tablet in a sensible way. The cursor moves but the
