Please provide a means to implement submenu items in the Python scripting menu.
At the moment it is already looking crowded. See, eg, GIMP scripting, where
scripts use metadata to specify the menu/submenu structure that they will be
listed under.
It may even make sense to permit Python scripts to appear under different menus
(eg File, Edit etc)
