The transform tool still behaves messy in seemingly random ways. Are the tool

Seems like Ubuntu 17.10 stopped being supported just today so I didn't get any
updates... Distupgraded to 18.04 and refreshed the KritaLime PPA and now the
issue seems to be gone!

Maybe the ppa wasn't 100% up to date? David, could you test with the nightly
