SUMMARY
I duplicated a layer, then tried to rotate the copy. It rotates both the copy
and original even tho they aren't linked and only the copy is highlighted.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create circle
2. duplicate layer
3. rotate copy layer
OBSERVED RESULT
Both original and copy layer rotate as one
EXPECTED RESULT
Only copy layer to move
