At first it didn't change anything, but then I closed and reopened the file and

I enabled it, and the "Scaling Mode" options are: Bilinear filtering, Trilinear
filtering and nearest neighbour, I don't see a "High Quality Filtering" option

I just checked and "Canvas Graphics Acceleration" is not enabled

Zoomed in version od the same drawing, which appears to be less blurry than
