SUMMARY
If you scale the image, the dialog will show up twice.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Image -> Scale Image to a new size.
2. Apply the scaling, or cancel it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The dialog will show up again.
EXPECTED RESULT
It will disappear and let me continue working.
