Bug ID: 468339 Summary: kruler opacity not working (ruler gets darker, but not transparent) Classification: Applications Product: kruler Version: 21.12.3 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: soe...@pprojekt.de Reporter: paulstans...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 157981 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=157981&action=edit 3 krulers with maximum, middle, and minimum opacity settings SUMMARY Changing the position of the opacity slider on kruler changes the brightness of kruler, but it is not transparent. In the case of opacity set at it's minimum I just see a black rectangle where kruler is, I don't see what is beneath the ruler. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Start kruler 2. Right mouse-click on the ruler to see the menu. 3. Choose "Opacity" from the menu 4. Adjust the slider to the far left. 5. Observe kruler change into a black rectangle with full opacity when it should have full transparency. OBSERVED RESULT Opacity does not change, but kruler turns black. EXPECTED RESULT kruler become progressively more transparent as the opacity slider is move to the left.
