WebRTC in Chromium suppressing power management

KDE ignores lockscreen timeout when power management is suppressed (e.g. by
Chromium playing audio or showing some websites like Aliexpress).
It may be a critical security issue for someone eho rely on auto locking screen
Behavour is the same on:
Latest unstable/developer Neon, Latest OpenSUSE Tumbleweed, Fedora 26, and, I'm
sure, on some other distributions
