SUMMARY
virtual keyboard does not appear
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. lock screen
2. click virtual keyboard
3. a message appears saying that the virtual keyboard has been activated and
disappears
4. nothing else happens
OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT
the virtual keyboard to appear
