***When you right click on desktop and allow pc to sleep, screen lock is
bypassed
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click to open menu on desktop
2. Allow computer to sleep while menu is still open
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Upon resume, screen lock is bypassed, going directly to desktop
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen lock should ask for password

Linux/KDE Plasma: kde neon 5.26 based upon ubuntu jammy

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This error is noticed when you allow screen to sleep after specified time and
not click sleep or enter a keyboard shortcut.
