Well, changing the Plasma style didn't change anything for me either.
I'm honestly at a loss for how to really test this.

It happened on both Wayland and X11, yes.
I can't, currently, check whether switching the Plasma style "fixes" it, as I'm
not near that machine, but will get back as soon as I've tried. :)

For people affected, does the issue go away if you change your Plasma style to
something other than "Breeze"? For example "Breeze Dark?" Not the global scheme
or the color scheme; just the Plasma style.
