SUMMARY
This is very similar to what was reported in bug 456210, except that that bug
is for Plasma 5 and is supposed to be fixed.
Unfortunately, it doesn't happen every time, so it's unclear what the exact
circumstances are.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock screen
2. Enter password to unlock screen
3. Click the "Unlock" button that appears

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Unlock screen.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A workaround is to unlock the screen by switching to a TTY, performing a login
and then using loginctl to unlock the screen:
loginctl unlock-session 2

There is not much in the journal suggesting that there is an issue with login,
screen locker or similar:

All other messages are just kernel finding new devices because the screens were
turned on and a lot of complains from and about firefox.
