I have absolutely no explanation. I am a double star observer and such an
annoyance would make me crazy. There were other minor anomalies with Kstars

Not that I know of. I'm in the US and using (American) English.
I just tried it again. So, go to the star 'Spica'. Right click on Spica to get
the Detail box. In the Detail box, choose Advanced. From the Simbad
