SUMMARY
Incorrect display of network usage data in the graph.
For example, when playing RTSP or WebRTC (I use Chromium) video
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the rtsp stream - I use VLC and ffplay(ffmpeg) for the test
(You can also create rtsp using VLC on another PC on your local network, I
haven't tested only localhost or on virtual machines)
2. Open ksysguard.
3. Run nload (or another network monitor)
OBSERVED RESULT
System Monitor is unresponsive to video playback, or not significantly
EXPECTED RESULT
The value in the system monitor is not lower than the video bitrate
