Yes, it's still there...I just tested it with ktorrent 5.2.0.
I right-click to ban a client, switch to another tab, and click on a torrent
with active leechers, and the right-click menu to kick/ban a client is grayed
out.

Note that creating a new tab, then closing the new tab, works around the
problem.
