Unfortunately the crash is deep down in Qt and there is nothing we can do about
that :-(
As a workaround you can use the Breeze window decoration as that one won't go
into this specific code path, but in general I cannot give a guarantee that it
won't crash nevertheless - Qt is really crashy on screen changes.
