1) Start a Plasma session using GDM (SDDM didn't work last time I tried)
 2) Switch to another VT and log int
 3) Attach debugger to the `kwin_wayland` process
 4) Switch back to KDE Plasma
 5) Attach an external monitor using HDMI

 - Kernel: Linux 4.17.0-041700rc6-generic (Ubuntu kernel PPA)
