SUMMARY
You choose "Dont wobble when I resize the window" - you get the opposite.
Also other way around
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go into settings
2. Choose Desktop Behavior and then Desktop Effects
3. Open its settings
4. Check my claims
OBSERVED RESULT
You choose "Dont wobble when I resize the window" and you get the opposite, the
same the other way around.
EXPECTED RESULT
Obviously as described.
