Bug ID: 403722 Summary: KDE openGL crash at startup, but after login-logout it will work fine until the next reboot. Product: kwin Version: 5.14.5 Platform: openSUSE RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: crash Priority: NOR Component: compositing Assignee: kwin-bugs-n...@kde.org Reporter: andythe_gr...@pm.me Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 117711 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=117711&action=edit Screenshot of broken compositor When I boot my PC, the windows would either have no border, no compositing, or having a after image of the past windows as shown in the attached image. But when I re-login, it is back to normal and did not crash at all after that, until next reboot. I tried change between openGL 2.0 and 3.1 no difference. I don't have externel graphic card. I attached output of journalctl -u display-manager.service and less /var/log/Xorg.0.log in root privilege.
