SUMMARY
The alternator is not displayed instantly, as it does after the first time and
as in previous versions of the plasma, but only after a delay.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Restart the computer
2. Open multiple windows
3. Access the window switcher (alt+tab)
It is also possible to reproduce this bug after switching between the types of
views available, just as I showed in the video.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Maybe the video doesn't give a real experience of the bug, but you can see that
there is a small moment where the recording video pauses when the task switcher
is triggered
