SUMMARY:
Plasma flashes black around an app, causing everything except the focused app
to flash black. This sometimes happens when resuming from suspend.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Open app
2. suspend computer
3. resume computer
4. enter password
5. Flashing black around app
OBSERVED RESULT:
Plasma will flash black around an app
EXPECTED RESULT:
Plasma does not flash and instead looks normal
