SUMMARY
When closing a notification, the Dim Inactive effect dims the window for a
fraction of a second
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Close a notification with "Dim Inactive Windows" effect enabled
OBSERVED RESULT
Closing a notification causes the window to be dimmed for a fraction of a
second
EXPECTED RESULT
The window should not be dimmed
