STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Thumbnails
1. Hoover over app icon on a taskbar.
Settings
1. Search compositor in the settings.
OBSERVED RESULT
No same settings and no thumbnails.
EXPECTED RESULT
Same settings as in xorg and thumbnails show as in xorg.
