Top on idle system

SUMMARY
***
I am using the current kde version on Debian Bookworm (Testing). kwin-wayland
4:5.26.5-1 amd64
I am trying wayland and it is faster than x11 (which I had a lot of performance
issues on kde). KDE takes several minutes to start on my system, which is wild,
since I never possessed a faster system: 24 Cores / 48 Threads, 128 GB RAM,
NVidia GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER. nvidia-driver 525.60.13-1 amd64
I don't have any significant performance issues in other desktops but i prefer
kde...
I have a multi Monitor setups with 1 4k and 2 FHD Monitors.
When i look at my idle system I see a CPU-Usage of 25-55% (on 24 Cores).
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot System (Debian Testing)
2. login to wayland - plasma
3. wait minutes till screen is stable
4. start top
