Window top bar does not span the width of the window
SUMMARY
After connecting an external monitor to a laptop, moved a firefox window from
laptop screen to monitor, and window top bar is messed up. See attached
picture.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect external monitor
2. Move window from laptop screen to external monitor
Only happen once to 1 window. Other windows go back and forth fine.
