          Platform: Arch Linux

Attempt to enable a second screen is not working

SUMMARY
Since the update from Plasma 5.91.0 to Plasma 6.0.1 and also in Plasma 6.0.2,
I have been unable to enable more than one screen at a time in the Wayland
session.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. See attached screen capture

OBSERVED RESULT
Any attempt to enable a second display does not have any effect (both in the
Settings GUI as well as when using kscreen-doctor)
I am able to enable each display individually by disabling the previously
active display first.

Kscreen doctor command for intended screen setup (running this has no effect):
kscreen-doctor \
output.1.disable \
output.2.enable \
output.2.mode.0 \
output.2.scale.1 \
output.2.position.0,360 \
output.3.enable \
output.3.mode.0 \
output.3.scale.1.50 \
output.3.position.1920,0 \

EXPECTED RESULT
Previously, I was able to enable an arbitrary combination of displays with
mixed resolutions, scale factors and refresh rates in the Wayland session.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: linux 6.6.21-1-lts kernel
KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Display Setup: Internal Laptop Display (1440p) + 2 external displays (1080p &
4K) attached via Thunderbolt 4 Dock.
