kill helper window
SUMMARY
When I get "Not responding" dialog, it also becomes unresponsive.
When I try to close kwin_kill_helper, that is not responding, it also creates
new kwin_kill_helper that is also "Not responding".
That makes killing unresponsive apps quite challenging.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Wait for app to freeze
2. Try to close
OBSERVED RESULT
kwin_kill_helper itself freezes
EXPECTED RESULT
kwin_kill_helper not freezing
