I already changed the font DPI to match the screen DPI. It didn't help much
about visual elements (i.e. icons, indicators, etc.) on Plasma, though.
Thanks anyway. I guess this bug can be closed then?

Sorry I can't help with that. I learned about it through other bug reports and
plasma devs stepped in to clear the situation.
Best way to scale up your interface is through fonts dpi in my opinion from
plasma

1. I don't use latte-dock until it was recommended by a friend recently, so I
have no idea if this issue is a regression.
2. New video attached. The white bar is still there.
3. The issue is fixed if I disable blur
